Epson accuses again ink sellers
Epson has by the American International Trade Commission a complaint submitted against 24 parties that inktcartridges make, import or sell on the American market. The business want that these 24 enterprises their work suspend. Furthermore will the Japanese printer manufacturer a damages see.
At the English supreme Court, Epson Medea has accused. Also this business will the patents of Epson damage through in the United Kingdom inktcartridges to sell by which infringements would be made on patents of the printer maker. Medea sells this cartridges under the name Inkrite Photo Plus with as a slogan 'unique and fundamentally otherwise'. According to Epson its this cartridges however an imitation of its own ink patrons. Means the lawsuit want to set right' Epson the 'affairs.
Before had Epson all lawsuits walk against other businesses from under other America, France and Hong Kong. Multi-Union from Hong Kong may sell tightened meanwhile 75 models no longer in the United States as consequence of the lawsuit through Epson.
