KPN: `OPTA must not meddle with internet
The Independent Post and Telecommunicatie Authority (OPTA) suspects that KPN internetproviders lures away of competitive telecomcompanies through a high compensation to offer per minute that customers inbellen, what does not may. (See news of 22 September.)
